Pipesizer is for sizing chilled water piping. It takes into account the percentage glycol, type of piping material, and temperature. It will calculate and display the nearest pipe size available for the given pressure drop.
The pipe volume calculator calculates the volume of liquid in pipe. It displays the volume for the latest data entry and the running total for all sections entered. It uses the inside diameter of schedule 40 pipe for all common pipe sizes entered. It can be used to calculate system volume for entry in the expansion tank size below.
The expansion tank sizer will size steel tanks and diaphragm tanks for just about any application; chilled water, hot water, or even large boiler applications! Don't underestimate the power of this tool! It will even give a warning if the minimum operating pressure is too low and recommend a minimum operating pressure for the temperature entered.
