Due to continuing growth, we have an immediate opening in our facility in Concord, California, Eichleay Engineers, Inc. for a Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing Department Manager.
Selected responsibilities:
·Department and project management responsibilities incorporating direct supervisory authority for engineers, designers, and drafters/CAD operators.
·Overall responsibility for design of HVAC systems, including systems selection, air systems, water piping systems, steam systems and equipment selection.
·Interface with clients to determine their requirements.
·Responsible for engineering project budgets.
·Studies to determine adequacy and deficiencies of existing systems and for recommendations for improvements based on energy maintenance.

Ideal profile:
·Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, emphasizing HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical Systems Design and Engineering.
·5 years experience coordinating projects.
·3 or more years management experience.
·Proven experience in design of HVAC systems for cGMP manufacturing facilities, R&D laboratories, and clean room designs.
·Registered PE with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Masters degree a plus.
